The blue-yellows finished the tournament in 13th place
Ukraine U-18 National Team won in basketball Romania in the final match 2024 European Youth Championship in Division B – 90:80.
The blue-yellows gained a small advantage at the start and defeated their opponents in the second quarter, achieving an advantage of +17 points. Then the Romanians were able to reduce the gap a little, but the Ukrainians were able to hold on to the victory.
As part of the blue-yellows, Vladislav Sinnik scored 17 points and made 8 rebounds. Ilya Upyr had 17 points and 5 assists.
The Ukrainian team took the final 13th place in the tournament. Andrius Vaisekauskas’s team finished the group tournament in fourth place. Then the Ukrainians lost to Norway (71:76) and defeated Slovakia (77:67).
