2020 NBA Champion Accused of Sexual Assault Against Man
From the legendary basketball player NBA Dwight Howard Charges of sexual assault against a man were dropped.
Stephen Harper, who sued Howard for sexual assault, has reportedly dropped his claims against the basketball player.
Gasper accused Howard of sexual assault and battery, which occurred in July 2021. Dwight himself has previously repeatedly avoided answering questions about his sexual orientation, but in the case of Stephen Harper, he noted that everything happened “by mutual consent.”
Howard is a 2019-20 NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers. He is an eight-time NBA All-Star and multiple-time All-Star selection. The center was named the NBA’s Defensive Player of the Year from 2009-11.
In addition to the Lakers, Howard also played for the Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Washington Wizards, and Philadelphia 76ers during his career. He won gold with the United States Olympic team in 2008.
Howard played in the NBA until 2022, and his last club was the Taiwan Mustangs of the Taiwan Championship.
