Mudryk helped Chelsea defeat Servette in the qualifying match

The Ukrainian midfielder played the entire match for the London club in qualifying for the European Cup tournament.

Chelsea confidently defeated Swiss Servette in the first match of the Conference League qualification. The game, which took place at the home stadium of the London club Stamford Bridge, ended in a victory for the hosts with a score of 2:0.

The hosts scored both goals after the break. In the 50th minute, Christopher Nkunku converted a penalty, and in the 76th minute, Noni Madueke hit the near corner of the visitors’ goal with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area.

Ukrainian Chelsea winger Mikhail Mudryk started the match in the starting lineup and played the entire match.

The second leg between Servette and Chelsea in the Conference League qualifying will take place on Thursday 29 August.
