For the first time in their long history, the Catalan Grand lost three consecutive home games.

Another anti-record from Barcelona. The Catalans lost again in the Spanish championship, and again in front of their own audience. This time, the modest Rayo Vallecano was the grandee’s offender, winning the postponed match of the 21st round of La Liga with a score of 1: 0.

And they did it by putting a shot on target into the hosts goal. The goal was scored in the 7th minute. Alvaro Garcia’s free-kick hit the top right corner of Marc-Andre Ter Stegen’s goal.

Remember that Barcelona for the first time in history lost at home three times in a row in one season. Prior to that, the Catalans had beaten home Cadiz in the championship (0: 1) and Eintracht in the Europa League (2: 3).
