Ukrainian plans to work even harder
Ukrainian striker Roma Artem Dovbik briefly commented on the beginning of his career at the Roman club.
“I want to give more to the team, but there is a process that cannot be avoided. Perseverance and hard work are the key to everything”
Dovbyk officially transferred to Roma in early August. Artem became the first Ukrainian in the history of the Wolves. According to previously published information, the transfer cost the Romans 32-33 million euros and 5-6 million in bonus payments. Girona will also receive a certain percentage from the resale of the Ukrainian.
The footballer’s contract runs until 2029. Artem’s annual salary at the Italian club will be three million euros, excluding bonuses.
Dovbyk has already played three official games for the Romans, but he has not scored any goals. At the same time, the Ukrainian has started all the games and regularly receives support from coach Daniele De Rossi.
Roma is in 17th place in the league table with one goal scored and two points. On August 15, De Rossi’s team will play Genoa, where Ruslan Malinovsky plays.
