Daniil Ignatenko became a player for Bratislava Slovan.
The transfer of the 27-year-old Ukrainian football player took place as a free agent, as his previous club, the French Bordeaux, was recently stripped of its professional status.
The Slovak club will take part in a unified Champions League group this campaign.

Last season, Ignatenko played 33 matches for Bordeaux in all competitions, scoring two goals and making one assist.
