Former goalkeeper Berezovsky: “I hope everything will work out and the Armenian national team will take part in a major tournament”

Former Dynamo Moscow goalkeeper Roman Berezovsky, who currently serves as the goalkeeping coach of the Armenian national football team, expressed hope that the national team will soon be able to qualify for a major tournament.

Berezovsky played for Dynamo Moscow from 2002 to 2005 and from 2012 to 2015. In total, he made 114 appearances for the Blue and Whites, keeping 37 clean sheets.

The Armenian national team failed to qualify for the final stages of the World and European Championships.

– We have a good team, good players. I hope that everything will work out and we will get to a major tournament. Armenia means a lot to me. Now I work with goalkeepers, helping them as much as I can. The beginning of my coaching career happened naturally. Guram Adzhoev was the general director of Dynamo, and he invited me to stay at the club, to take my first steps as a coach, in the youth team, – Berezovsky said in the program “All About the Main” on MATCH PREMIER TV. channel.
