Three parties are participating in the vote: RPL experts, Match Premier experts and fans. RPL voters are Andrei Arshavin, Eduard Mor, Oleg Kornaukhov, Alexander Grigoryan and Vladislav Radimov. “Match Premier” is represented by commentators Konstantin Genich, Roman Trushechkin, Timur Zhuravel, Dmitry Shnyakin and Dmitry Derunets.
