The Bergamasks should give an answer soon
Nottingham Forest intends to sign Ukrainian midfielder Atalanta Ruslan Malinovsky.
The English club made an offer to the Bergamasks in size 15 million euros including bonuses. Atalanta should give a principled answer on the transfer in the near future.
Earlier it was reported that Malinovsky could leave Atalanta. The 29-year-old Ukrainian is exploring options to continue his career in Europe. The Premier League and Serie A clubs are in contact with the footballer’s agents.
Recall that Malinovsky played a half in the control match against Valencia (1:2). Prior to that, the Ukrainian scored a goal in the control match between Atalanta and the Swiss Gambaroño-Contone (12:1). Ruslan also scored in sparring with Val Seriana and Valli Bergamaske.
Nottingham Forest have returned to the Premier League after a 23-year hiatus. In the first round, the red-whites lost on the road to Newcastle (0:2). Forest will host West Ham next on 14 August.
In the opening round of the 2022/23 season in Serie A, Atalanta will play on August 13 against Sampdoria.
