Ukrainian Benfica defeated Gil Vicente in the Portuguese Championship
Ukrainian goalkeeper Benfica Anatoly Trubin thanked the fans after the match with Gil Vicente (5:1) in the home match of the 7th round Portuguese Championship.
“+1 step forward. We take every step like this together. Teamwork and your support,” the goalkeeper wrote.

For Trubin, this was the eighth match for the Eagles in the 2024/25 season. The goalkeeper missed six goals and kept three clean sheets.
Benfica scored 16 points and moved up to second place in the Portuguese championship. On October 2, Trubin’s team will host Atletico Madrid at home in the Champions League. Starts at 22:00 Kyiv time.
