The Europa League match Elfsborg – Roma will take place today, October 3
Head coach Roma Ivan Yurich assessed the likelihood of the Ukrainian forward entering the field Artem Dovbik in today’s match Europa League against Swedish Elfsborg.
“Dovbik is a little tired. We’ll see whether to let him start or whether he’ll come onto the field during the game.”
Dovbik became a Roma player in early August. He became the first Ukrainian in the history of Wolves. According to previously released information, the transfer cost the Romans 32-33 million euros and 5-6 million bonus payments. Girona will also receive a certain percentage from the resale of the Ukrainian.
This season, the 27-year-old Ukrainian national team striker played seven matches for Roma in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
In the opening match of the Europa League, Roma drew at home with Athletic (1:1) – the only goal for the Romans was scored by Artem Dovbik.
The match with Elfsborg will take place today, October 3. The meeting starts at 22:00 Kyiv time.
