Samara coach “The Wings of the Soviets” Sergei Bulatov on the air MATCH PREMIER told what he learned from the team leader Igor Osinkin .

Bulatov has worked with Osinkin at Wings of the Soviets since 2020. During his football career, Bulatov played as a striker; he played for the Samara team in 1997-1998.

I learned from Osinkin: he doesn’t really argue with footballers, but he is quite tough. We had a moment where a football player behaved slightly incorrectly. When the training was over, Vitalievich entered the locker room, into the room where we gathered, and said: “After this training, we won’t have it anymore!” This man’s contract was coming to an end and six months later he was no longer with the team because we hadn’t renewed it, thinking there was no need to behave like this. He finished the season, played a lot in the lineup, but after this practice, that’s it. Then everything continued in the same way.

My firm belief: the higher the class of a footballer, the more correctly he behaves in the team. And those who have not yet matured enough can afford to behave incorrectly,” Bulatov said on the air of the “RecipeTura” show on MATCH PRIME.
