Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham took second place, while Arsenal midfielder Bukayo Saka took third place.
At EURO 2024, the England team reached the final, where they lost to Spain with a score of 1:2. Nico Williams (47th minute) and Mikel Oyarzabal (87th minute) scored for the winning team. Cole Palmer (73) scored for England.
Last season, Palmer made nine appearances for England, scoring two goals.
