Radimov proposed to organize a match between the Russian national team and the Brazilian RPL legionnaires

Former St. Petersburg Zenit footballer Vladislav Radimov proposed to organize a friendly match between the national team Russia and the Brazilian Legionnaires of the MIR Russian Premier League (RPL).

The Russian national team is holding a training camp in October in Novogorsk. At the moment, it is not known whether the team will play a friendly match during the training camp.

– Now, for all the obvious reasons, finding a practice match for our team is an almost impossible task, and only a person with very little understanding of how our football (and the world as a whole) works can criticize the RFU for this .

But it seems to me that if you show imagination, you can recreate the match of the Russian national team against Brazil yourself. There are enough Brazilian players in our championship. Let’s bring Guilherme back to the gate, it will be beautiful and symbolic. Defensively: Kelven, Nino, Rocha and Douglas Santos. In midfield: Wendel, Claudinho, Bitello. In front are Pedro, Arthur and Willian Jose. Substitutes: Mantuan, Moises, Rodrigao, Costanza, Ronaldo, Victor Sa, Diego Costa, Tormena, Marquinhos, Orinho,

And all this with the Brazilian flag, the anthem and a magnificent setting, as well as, I’m sure, full stands. And if you also invite former stars of the Brazilian legionnaire, as Spartak did recently, you will have a very nice vacation, ”Radimov wrote on his Telegram channel.

The Russian national team will hold an open training session for fans on October 10. The event will take place in Moscow at the Dynamo stadium named after Lev Yashin. Young footballers from sports schools of Kursk and Belgorod regions will take part in the course.

The Russian national team has not played official matches under the auspices of FIFA and UEFA since February 2022.
