The slogan “Glory to Ukraine!” is written on the back.
Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) and company Adidas officially presented the new uniform of the Ukrainian national team for the 2024/25 season. The equipment is already available to fans in adidas stores and on the manufacturer’s official website.
New home and away kits with three stripes on the shoulders and the slogan “Glory to Ukraine!” The colors of the Ukrainian flag are displayed on the back. The uniform honors the connection between Ukrainian culture and football.
The kits feature AERO READY technology, which uses moisture-wicking or moisture-absorbing materials to keep the body dry, and includes breathable mesh panels for the comfort of both players on the field and fans supporting the team. The collection is made from 100% recycled materials, continuing adidas’ strategy to reduce plastic waste.
“We are honored to return to the adidas family. The association already has a successful history of cooperation with the company, because adidas developed the exclusive uniform in which the national team competed at Euro 2012. We strive to achieve the highest level of competition in all our national teams and look forward to working with a leading kit supplier such as adidas along the way,” said UAF President Andriy Shevchenko.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian national team would initially receive a standard uniform from the German brand. The development of an exclusive design from Adidas is already at the finish line. The kit should be approved at the end of October, but the uniform should be expected in about a year.
The Ukrainian team will play its next match on October 11 against Georgia, and on October 14 it will play against the Czech Republic. Both games will be nominally “home” for the Ukrainian team and will be held in Poznan and Wroclaw, Poland.
