Rubchinsky, Bragaru and Smolyakov are in the starting lineup of the Ukrainian U-21 national team for the match against Serbia in the qualification for Euro 2025

The match between the youth teams of Ukraine and Serbia starts at 21:30 Kyiv time

The starting line-up has been announced Ukrainian national team U-21 for the final match selection for Euro 2025 against peers from Serbia.

Compared to the last match against England U-21 (1:2), blue-yellow coach Unai Melgosa made six changes to the starting lineup.

Starting line-up of the Ukrainian U-21 national team: Neshcheret, Smolyakov, Melnichenko, Salyuk, Roman, Varfolomeev, Yarmolyuk, Rubchinsky, Voloshin, Bragaru, Krasnopir.

Spares: Krapivtsov, Vivcharenko, Mikhavko, Khlan, Ocheretko, Kvasnitsa, Fedor, Yatsik, Gorbach.

The Ukrainian U-21 national team takes first place in Group F of the Euro 2025 selection. Melgosa’s team scored 24 points after nine rounds – the misfire in the match with England U-21 was its first, and before that the blue-yellows won eight matches in a row.

Ukraine U-21 guaranteed itself a place at the continental championship ahead of schedule. Even if Melgosa’s team misses out on England, who are two points behind, they will be among the top three runners-up and will receive a direct ticket to the European Championships.
