The young footballer made his debut for the Rossoneri first team last fall
Head coach Milana Paulo Fonseca is considering inclusion in the match application Champions League against Bruges 16-year-old striker Francesco Camarda.
The Portuguese are experiencing an acute shortage of strikers. Englishman Tammy Abraham was injured in the last Serie A match against Udinese (1:0). Serbian Luka Jovic is not included in the European Cup squad at all. Thus, among the “pure-blooded” center forwards, only Spaniard Alvaro Morata remains at Fonseca’s disposal.
Young Camarda (born in March 2008) made his debut in the Milan first team last fall – he appeared twice as a substitute in championship matches. In the summer, the Red and Blacks signed their talent with the first professional contract in his life. This season, Francesco was included in the squad for Serie A matches twice, but did not take the field.
Milan started the Champions League with two defeats – from Liverpool at home (1:3) and Bayer Leverkusen away (0:1). The Rossoneri will play at home against Brugge on Tuesday, October 22.
