The issue of cooperation with the 21-year-old player will be considered during the winter break
FC YUKSA announced that the Brazilian striker Fogo (Goncalves dos Santos Matheus) expressed a desire to return to his homeland and left the team.
The club reports that further cooperation with the 21-year-old player will be considered during the winter break.
Fogo became a USCA player in March 2024. Before that, he played for a team from the Kyiv region at the amateur level. This season, Matheus managed to score three times in 11 matches, in particular, he scored a double against Kudrovka (4:0) in the Ukrainian Cup.
Last year, YUKSA made its debut at the professional level, immediately took second place in the Second League, after which it easily defeated MFK Metallurg in the play-offs (3:1, 4:0) and moved up in class.
Until recently, YuKSA was the leader in Group B of the First League, but after a four-match winless streak it dropped to fourth place.
