London Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has spoken about the personnel situation in his team ahead of the Champions League match with Shakhtar.

According to the Gunners coach, team captain Martin Odegaard, who has been recovering from an ankle injury since the beginning of September, will not have time to get in shape for the match. At the same time, the readiness of winger Bukayo Saka will be evaluated based on the results of training.

“The two will be back soon and the progress is very good. Martin is still not fit. As for Bukayo, we will see how he feels in training,” Arteta said.

Defender Jurrien Timber has yet to work in the general group.
