The 31-year-old goalkeeper has four matches for the Turin club this season.
Juventus announced a contract extension with the goalkeeper Mattia Perin until the summer of 2027.
The previous agreement between the parties ended at the end of the current 2024/25 season.
Perin has been playing for Juventus since 2018 – his transfer from Genoa cost the club 14.2 million euros.
Last seasons, Mattia was Wojciech Szczesny’s replacement, but this season he is still losing the competition to Michele Di Gregorio, who came from Monza. Perin has 4 matches to his name this campaign (2 in Serie A, 2 in the Champions League).
Yesterday Juventus suffered their first defeat of the season – they lost 0:1 at home to Stuttgart in the Champions League. Mattia Perin started as Michele Di Gregorio was suspended.
Thiago Motta’s team will play their next match on October 27 away against Inter.
