This is the second similar award for the German specialist this season.
Mentor Barcelona Hans-Dieter Flick recognized as the best coach of October in La Liga.
The Catalan giants have dominated domestically this month, with three big wins by a combined score of 12-1, and the icing on the cake with a 4-0 away rout of Real Madrid on October 26th.
In the voting, the 59-year-old German was ahead of his Real Madrid colleague Carlo Ancelotti, as well as Real Sociedad coach Imanol Alguacil.
For Flick, this is already the second recognition during the season – he was previously recognized as the best coach in La Liga in August. At the end of September, he also applied for the award, but lost in the vote (like Ancelotti) to Ernesto Valverde from Athletic.
Barcelona leads the La Liga, having lost only three points in 11 rounds and is six points ahead of their eternal rival from Madrid.
Hans-Dieter Flick will take charge of Barcelona in the summer of 2024. The German specialist signed a contract with Blaugrana until June 30, 2026.
Barcelona will play their next match on November 3 – the Blue Garnets will have a home derby with Espanyol.
