Alexander Markov previously served as sports director of Alexandria
Carpathians announced the appointment of Deputy Director for External Communications Oleg Avdysh and director of operations Alexandra Markova.
25-year-old Avdysh played football at the Youth Sports School in Zhytomyr Polesie. Later he received a master’s degree with a specialization in Media Communications in Business. In 2021, he received the status of a permanent intermediary for UAF transfers. Before working at Karpaty, Oleg Avdysh was engaged in sports consulting.
37-year-old Markov served as sports director of Alexandria from 2021 to 2024. Graduated from the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University. Worked as a flight support officer and flight dispatcher for several Ukrainian and international airlines.
Karpaty are in seventh place in the UPL with 15 points. In the next match, Vladislav Lupashko’s team will play against Rukh on October 29 in the 1/8 finals of the Ukrainian Cup.
