Chelsea with Mudryk kicked out by Newcastle from the League Cup, Arsenal with Zinchenko won violently

The London Ukrainian teams finished their matches in the 1/8 finals of the tournament with opposite results.

On Wednesday, October 30, the matches of the 1/8 finals of the English League Cup were played.

Newcastle hosted Chelsea and managed to knock the London team out of the tournament, winning with a score of 2:0.

The Magpies did it three minutes into the first half. First, in the 23rd minute, Alexander Isak shot accurately from the penalty area into the bottom left corner, and Axel Disasi soon sent the ball into his own goal to double the hosts’ lead. Before the final whistle, the Blues failed to score a single goal.

After the first half, the Gunners had a two-goal lead after accurate shots from Gabriel Jesus and Ethan Nwaneri, and in the second half, Kai Havertz sent the third goal into the opponents’ goal.
