The winger had a long recovery from injury and has played only 11 minutes this season so far.
Winger Roc Freddy Pluman could leave the team next summer or even during the current season.
It is reported that the 29-year-old legionnaire is very dissatisfied with his position in the Lviv team, where he receives a minimum of playing practice. His contract expires in the summer of 2025, and the club does not intend to renew the agreement. There is a possibility that Pluman could leave Rukh already in the winter transfer window – if there is an appropriate proposal.
Freddie started this season with an injury, after which he returned to action only in mid-September. He entered the field only once – for 11 minutes in the recent UPL match against Karpaty (0:1). After the game, head coach Vitaly Ponomarev said that Pluman had returned after a long recovery and was not yet ready to play 90 minutes, but the coach was counting on the player and considered him a starter.
However, in the next two matches – against Chornomorets in the championship (1:1) and again against Karpaty, but in the Ukrainian Cup (1:0) – Pluman remained in reserve and did not receive playing minutes.
Pluman started his career in Lens before moving to Fulham. The Frenchman mainly played for the Cottagers’ youth team, but played two matches in the FA Cup for the first team. Subsequently, Pluman played for the French Red Star, Sedan, Queviy, the Israeli Hapoel Hadera and Beitar, the Turkish Samsunspor and the Belgian Westerlo.
Freddie joined Rukh in January 2022. Then he was considered a French legionnaire, but later began to play for the Guadeloupe national team. In total, the winger played 26 matches for the Lviv club, scored three goals and gave the same number of assists.
The aforementioned cup victory in the Lviv derby was Rukh’s first since August, and in the championship Ponomarev’s team cannot win six matches in a row, which is why they fell back to ninth place. At the same time, the Lviv team has a game in hand – against Polesie. It is already known that it will be played on December 4th.
Rukh will play his next match on Monday, November 4, away against Krivbass.
