Left Bank left the field without scoring a goal for the seventh match in a row
The match of the 12th round took place in Lviv UPL — Carpathians won a crushing victory over Left Bank (3:0).
The scoring was opened in the 71st minute of the game – Denis Ustimenko rolled the ball into the path of Evgeniy Podlepenets, who sent it from the goal line into the opponent’s empty goal frame. Four minutes later, the Lviv team doubled their lead – Oleg Ocheretko scored from the penalty spot.
The same Ocheretko put an end to the match, scoring a double in the first compensated minute of the main time of the game.
As a result, Karpaty celebrated its third victory in a row in the UPL – earlier they beat Rukh and Obolon in turn with a score of 1:0. In the standings, Vladislav Lupashko’s team rose to 5th position with 18 points.
In the seventh UPL match in a row, Left Bank leaves the field without scoring a goal. Vitaly Pervak’s team managed to score in only 2 out of 12 matches – in fact, it was in these two matches that they won their two victories in the championship. In the standings, the newcomer to the elite division is in 14th position, with 8 points scored as before.
Left Bank will play its next match on November 8 at home against Ingulets, while Karpaty will be visiting the Alexandria field a day later.
