The Kovalevites put pressure on the opponent in the last minutes.

As part of the 12th round of the UPL, Vorskla met Kolos on their home field.

The teams were not satisfied with the players in their attacking game, which showed a lot of struggle in a big stage of the game.

Only at the end did the game open up thanks to Kolos’ goal. Giovani Bolivar picked up a mistake by one of Poltava’s central defenders and passed the ball to Anton Salabay, who sent the ball into an empty goal.

After that, the Poltava group was forced to attack, but the most dangerous moment appeared again with the Kovalevites. The visitors launched a counterattack, where the aforementioned Bolivar received the pass. The Venezuelan noticed that Pavel Isenko had run too far out of the goal, but he failed to lift the ball well enough to throw it at the opposing goalkeeper, and ended up shooting him.

Therefore, the final whistle recorded a slight victory for Kolos, who rose from the zone of transfer matches and dropped Vorskla there. Now the teams have 12 and 10 points respectively.

Vorskla – ear 0:1

Purpose: Salabay, 69
