Andy Carroll plans to continue his playing career until his son plays.
Former England and Liverpool striker Andy Carroll, who now plays for Bordeaux, has spoken about his greatest ambition in the final years of his football career.
According to the forward, he wants to play in the same team with his eldest son Lucas.
“I want to be like LeBron James, that is, play on the same team as my oldest son.
He plays football. Lucas is 14 years old now,” Carroll told L’Equipe.
Note that Carroll himself is now 35 years old. For Bordeaux, he made four appearances in France’s fourth division, scoring six goals.
