The Dynamo winger expects the team to improve the situation and start gaining points in the Europa League
Winger Dynamo Andrey Yarmolenko said that he had recovered from the injury and was preparing to return to the field.
“We have such a profession – in football there is nowhere without injuries. The main thing is that I recovered and am very happy to return to the guys. You need to get your minutes on the football field; only through games can you gain playing condition. Physically I feel good, but it’s difficult to get into optimal condition through training, you need to play.”
“It seems to me that the guys are ready and have already gotten used to such a busy schedule. We wanted to play in European competitions, we got it. We need to correct the situation in the Europa League, because so far there are zero goals scored, zero points. Of course, we are unhappy with this.”
“As for the road, I think this is a bit of a hackneyed topic. I won’t complain or say how hard it is. I think that people in football understand how important recovery is for football players – full recovery, not on a bus or train, but at the base.”
Yarmolenko came on as a substitute in the second half in the match with Ingulets (5:2). The winger did not score any effective actions.
Dynamo leads the UPL with 29 points. In the Europa League, Alexander Shovkovsky’s team suffered three defeats in three rounds. In the next match, the Kiev team will meet Ferencvaros in the European Cup on November 7.
