Kolos played a draw at home against Krivbass (1:1) in the match of the 13th round of the UPL
Head coach Colosa Alexander Pozdeev commented on the home draw against Krivbass (1:1) in the 13th round UPL.
“It was an interesting game. Seems constructive on our part. We were aggressive, we tried to be aggressive and we worked hard. The President thanked us.”
“We are training. Of course, aggression is directed at the goal, at the opponent’s defense. And we have problems with implementation, this was also the case in previous games. Unfortunately, the game with Krivbass is not winning, but it is interesting.”
“Bolivar? Finally he scored. We hope things go better for him, because, again, he does everything well in training and scores goals. Somewhere the psychology is different in official matches, as well as the responsibility is different. We are happy that he scored and we hope that there will only be more goals from him in the future.”
“Are you satisfied with the actions of the defense? From a defensive point of view, we are happy. We gave the first goal, there was a footballer running from the depths who scored against us. They gave us a goal and missed it easily. And so in general they tried to put the squeeze on the opponent, tried not to lose the fight. Good opponent. Their forward fights well for the ball, and Krivbass tried to play a lot because of him. Therefore, in general, we are satisfied with the actions of the defense.”
In yesterday’s match, Krivbass opened the scoring in the opening of the second half thanks to an accurate shot from midfielder Yegor Tverdokhlib. Kolos restored the status quo in the 64th minute – Venezuelan forward Giovanni Bolivar scored a goal.
Kolos is 10th in the UPL standings – he has 13 points after 13 rounds.
Alexander Pozdeev’s team will hold its next match on November 22 – it will compete away against Karpaty.
