Rudi Garcia could return to Roma, replacing Juric as head coach

The French specialist worked at the club from 2013 to 2016

Rudy Garcia may return to Romataking the vacant position of head coach.

Over the past week, the management of the Roman club was offered at least 6-7 specialists, among whom was the name of the French coach.

Rudi Garcia previously managed Roma from 2013 to 2016. Later, the 60-year-old Frenchman worked with Marseille, Lyon, Saudi An-Nasr, and his last place of work was Napoli, which he led for a short period of time in 2023.

Yesterday Roma dismissed Ivan Juric from the post of head coach of the team. This happened immediately after the home defeat to Bologna (2:3) in the 12th round of Serie A.

Earlier it was reported that Roberto Mancini could lead Roma. The club’s management also considered Paula Sousa and Frank Lampard for this position, and retained the option of returning De Rossi.

Roma are in 12th place in Serie A with 13 points. The Wolves will play their next match after a break for national team games – on November 24, the team of Ukrainian Artem Dovbik will play against Napoli.
