On Monday, November 11, the annual award ceremony and induction into the Italian Football Hall of Fame took place in Coverciano.

Ukrainian football player Andriy Shevchenko received the award in the Foreign Player category. Shevchenko won the Ballon d’Or in 2004 and was one of the key players of Milan 2000.
