Couples swapped dates
Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced an updated calendar of matches for Spanish Super Cup 2025.
The reason for the change in the order of matches was the powerful hurricane DANA, due to which a number of La Liga matches were shifted in time. Thus, January 8, in the first semi-final, they will meet Barcelona And Athletic. The next day, January 9, confrontation planned Real Madrid And Mallorca.
All fights will take place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). All matches will start at 21:00 Kyiv time.
As a reminder, there will be no overtime in the new Super Bowl. In case of a draw at the end of regulation time, the winner will be determined immediately in a penalty shootout.
Last season, Real Madrid won the Spanish Super Cup. Blancos defeated Barcelona (4:1) in the final.
