San Antonio coach Popovich suffers stroke

The legendary 75-year-old specialist has led the Spurs since 1996, becoming a five-time NBA champion with the club.

From 2017 to 2021, Gregg Popovich also served as the head coach of Team USA.

In 2023, Popovich signed a new five-year contract with San Antonio, according to which he will earn a total of 80 million euros.

San Antonio is currently in 12th place in the Western Conference standings. The Spurs won 5 of their 11 opening games of the regular season.
