Juventus have agreed to terminate Pogba’s contract

The Frenchman disqualified for doping will receive the status of a free agent.

Juventus will say goodbye to midfielder Paul Pogba, who was previously suspended for doping.

Despite the desire of the 31-year-old football player to remain in the camp of the Turin club after his suspension from football, the Bianconeri are not interested in continuing to work with the player.

According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Juventus have agreed with Pogba to terminate his contract early.

It is noted that the French midfielder, who is about to receive free agent status, already has offers from MLS clubs and Saudi Arabia.

The player’s employment contract with the Turin team will run until the summer of 2026.

Let’s remember that last fall Pogba was caught for doping, after which he was suspended from football for four years. However, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upheld the player’s appeal and reduced the ban to 18 months. The Frenchman will be able to return to the field in March 2025.

Pogba previously revealed he had the chance to move to Manchester City before returning to Juventus.
