IN Ukrainian hockey championship two matches took place. Kremenchuk destroyed Dnieper (9:0), and Storm left no chance for the current champion Falcon – 4:1.
Kremenchuk scored three unanswered goals in each period. Boris Andryushchenko scored a hat-trick, Denis Matusevich scored a double. Bogdan Serednitsky has four assists.
Falcon remains without victories in the short confrontation with Storm. The Kiev team lost to Odessa in the Cup (1:4), then burned out in the shootout at the start of the championship (3:4), and today they again failed to achieve revenge. Storm scored two goals for the champion in the first two periods (a double by Viktor Nikonov), to which the guests were able to respond only with an accurate shot from Artem Kalsin.
Storm are confidently leading the championship with 14 points. Kremenchuk has caught up with the Kyiv Capitals in the table, but remains third in terms of additional indicators.
