This will be the fourth match at the international club level for the Kharkov resident this season.
Ukrainian referees were once again assigned to the match UEFA Youth League. The brigade led by Dmitry Panchishin will officiate the 2nd round fight of the Champion’s Path between the Croatian Lokomotiv and Romanian Farul.
On the lines, the 37-year-old chief referee from Kharkov will be assisted by Dmitry Zaporozhenko and Alexander Korniyko. The match will take place on December 11.
For Panchishin, this Youth Champions League match will be the third this season. Previously, he refereed the matches Bayern – Dinamo Zagreb (2:1, 4 GC) and Legia – Paphos (3:0).
Also on Dmitry’s account is a senior European Cup match, Elfsborg – Paphos (3:0, sending off and penalties) in the 1st qualifying round of the 2024/25 Europa League.
In the current UPL season, the Kharkiv resident refereed five matches (Shakhtar won two of them), showed 18 warnings, and awarded one penalty.
