Match of the 18th (last) round of Group B First League between Poltava And Metalhead 1925which was supposed to take place today, has been postponed by one day. The match will take place tomorrow, November 25, starting at 12:00.
Both teams have secured their participation in the Championship Group for the 2024/25 season in advance. Poltava takes second place with 29 points (two less than the leader – Kudrovka). The Kharkov team has three points less.
The victory will allow the Poltava team to become the “winter champion” of Group B. If Patrick van Leeuwen’s team wins with a difference of two goals or more, it will catch up and surpass Poltava in additional indicators. In addition to these two teams and Kudrovka, YUKSA also advanced from Group B to the Champions Group.
Let us remind you that earlier the PFL decided that another match in this group, Metallurg – Dinaz, would not take place. The reason for this verdict was the appeal of the club from Vyshgorod, which was unable to attend this match.
In Group A, the last matches of which were played yesterday, the four strongest teams were Epicenter, Agribusiness, Metalist and Bukovyna.
