Graham Potter is one of the candidates for the post of Leicester manager

The post is vacant following the dismissal of Steve Cooper today.

Ex-Brighton and Chelsea coach Graham Potter – one of the candidates for the post of head coach Leicester.

Leicester considered Potter back in the summer when Enzo Maresca left for promotion to Chelsea, but ultimately opted for Steve Cooper.

Cooper himself was fired today – his last match at the head of Leicester was Saturday’s game against Chelsea (1:2).

Graham Potter has been out of work since April 2023 following his sacking from Chelsea. Also during his coaching career, the 49-year-old specialist led Brighton, Swansea and Swedish Östersund.

Leicester has scored only 10 points in total over 12 rounds, currently in 16th place in the standings.

The Foxes will play their next match on November 30 away against Brentford Yegor Yarmolyuk.
