The Ukrainian played a historic match
Shakhtar goalkeeper Dmitry Riznyk entered the rating of goalkeepers of the last round Champions League.
UEFA published a video of the best saves of the week, including the Ukrainian. Riznyk was marked in the moment, he parried Bakayoko’s long-range strike.
Also included in the ranking is Mbappe’s missed penalty, whose shot was saved by Kelleher, as well as saves from Schmeichel, Martinez, Courtois and Majecki.
The reporting match became historic for Riznyk. Dmitry made 15 saves, surpassing Red Star goalkeeper Omri Glazer (13 saves) and setting a new Champions League record.
The leader of the Champions League standings is Liverpool, which has qualified for the playoffs ahead of schedule. Shakhtar ranks 26th.
