Camozzi: ‘A move to the Premier League would be an incredible event for Ugalde, but he is now an indispensable player at Spartak’

Former advisor to the previous owner “Spartacus” Leonid Fedun Franco Camozzi told that the Moscow club would agree to sell the striker Manfreda Ugalde to the English Premier League club only for big money, as he became an important part of the team.

Earlier, journalist Ekrem Konur reported that Ugalde was in the sphere of interest of several clubs in the English championship. According to him, Bournemouth, Brighton, Crystal Palace and Brentford would be interested in the transfer of the 22-year-old Costa Rican. Scouts watched Ugalde in the RPL matches against Akron Togliatti (4:0) and Lokomotiv Moscow (5:2). In these matches, the striker scored six goals.

“A move to the Premier League would be simply incredible, a big event for Ugalde. At the same time, he is now an indispensable player at Spartak, the club will only part with him for a lot of money,” Camozzi told .

Ugalde joined Spartak in January. According to media reports, the transfer amount was 13 million euros.
