Stefano Pioli’s team did not experience any difficulties in the game against the middle peasants of the championship
The match of the 12th round has ended Saudi Arabian Championship — Al Nasr won at home Damak (2:0).
The hero of the meeting was Al-Nasr captain Cristiano Ronaldo. In the 17th minute, the 39-year-old Portuguese scored a penalty, and towards the end of the match he scored from the game.
Note that Damak played in the minority from the 56th minute – Algerian centerback Abdelkader Bedran received a straight red card.
Al-Nasr continues to occupy third place in the Saudi Arabian Championship. Stefano Pioli’s team is three points behind Al-Hilal, and five points behind the leading Al-Ittihad (at the same time, Al-Nasr’s rivals will play their 12th round match later, so the gap could potentially increase).
Al-Nasr will play their next match on December 2 against Qatar’s Al-Sadd in the Asian Champions League.
