The 2034 World Cup final will take place in Riyadh at the King Salman Stadium, according to a report from the International Football Federation.
Saudi Arabia is the only candidate to host the world championship in 2034. It was previously reported that Australia and Indonesia planned to submit a joint bid to host the tournament, but Indonesia later announced its refusal to continue the competition and supported the candidacy of Saudi Arabia. Australia also later dropped the idea of hosting the World Cup in 2034.
The report suggests that only the King Salman Stadium will host the opening and final matches.
A total of 15 arenas in five cities compete for tournament matches.
