Antonino Asta gave an exclusive interview to TorinoGranata.it. Asta played for Torino from 1997 to 2002, and from January 2000 until the end of the season he played for Napoli. After retiring from playing in 2005, he began his coaching career in Turin, heading first Allievi Regionalli (2005–2007), then National (2007–2009), and then Primavera (2009–2012). In 2020, he was Moreno Longo’s technical collaborator, who replaced Mazzarri, and together they led Torino to safety. And then he returned to coach Turin’s U18 team from 2021 to 2023. We spoke to him about this afternoon’s match between Granata and Napoli.
