The Kovalevites will strongly strengthen their midfield.
Kovalevsky Kolos is about to make the most expensive transfer in the club’s history.
According to Albanian publication Panorama, the “white-blacks” will sign local Partizani and Albanian national team midfielder Arinaldo Rrapaj.
The terms of the contract have been agreed with the footballer, but its details are still unknown.
Kolos initially offered half a million euros for the 23-year-old attacking midfielder, but this offer was rejected. The offer of 600 thousand euros convinced the owner of Partizani.
The Albanian club will also receive 20% from the next sale of its leader. For Partizani, this is the second very expensive sale in the club’s history; the championship is held by Giuliano Scuka, who was sold to Metz for around 1.5 million euros in January 2023.
For the Kovalevites, the most expensive amount spent on the acquisition of a football player, according to Transfermarkt, is 300 thousand euros so far. That’s what they bought for Ilira Krasnichi from Kosovar Lapi and Nika Gagnidze from Georgian Dila.
