Alexandria beat Chernomorets at home, nine Odessa residents played for more than an hour

The scandalous meeting could have ended ahead of schedule when Babich decided to take the team off the field, but the match was still completed

Alexandria in a scandalous match with two deletions, she beat Chernomorets – 3:0.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 16th minute – Daniil Vashchenko made an accurate, powerful long-range shot from the rebound. Taras Petryak was actively indignant, insisting that during the scoring attack there was a foul on Bohdan Butko. The visiting winger did this too actively, pushing referee Alexander Omelchenko – and for this he received a straight red card.

12 minutes later, Butko, after another unreported foul against himself, spoke obscenely about the actions of the referee – and also saw a red light in front of him. The enraged Alexander Babich immediately began to lead the team off the field. As a result, the match was continued, the Sailors’ coach limited himself to a yellow card.

In the game 9 vs 11, even before the break, Chernomorets created a 100% chance, but Jon Shporn did not capitalize on the opportunity.

Thereafter there was little football on the field. The situational leader of the UPL, despite the huge numerical superiority, was in no hurry to finish off the opponent. But he still did it towards the end of the meeting – the fresh Denis Kostyshin completed a cross from the flank of Daniil Skorko. At the very end, Artem Kozak brought the score to a big one in a counterattack, Kostyshin added an assist to the goal.

The victory allowed Ruslan Rotan’s team to lead the standings at least for a while. Chernomorets remained 13th.

In the next round we will have a super battle of leaders – Alexandria will host Dynamo on December 4. Chernomorets will play at home with Krivbass 3 days later.
