Obolon published a selection of controversial moments in the match with Left Bank (1:1) in the 15th round Ukrainian Premier League. The brewers believe that the match referees made mistakes that affected the final result.
“FC Obolon provides video material that contains erroneous decisions of the referee of the Left Bank – Obolon match, which directly affected the course of the game and the final score. The Obolon team fell victim to several extremely important mistakes that had a serious impact on the result.”
“The score in the match is 1:1. But would this result have been the same if the referee had made the right decisions?” the club said in a statement.
It should be noted that a team of referees headed by Alexander Shandor worked at the match. The WAA team was headed by referee Alexey Derevinsky.
Obolon managed to score seconds before the break; defender Valery Dubko scored his first goal in the UPL. Left Bank escaped defeat in second-half stoppage time, Andrey Yakymiv scored.
The Brewers are in penultimate place in the UPL with 10 points. In the next round, Obolon will play against Kolos on December 8.
