Tottenham are no longer interested in the transfer of the Ukrainian
Marseilles wants to get the Ukrainian midfielder of Atalanta Ruslan Malinovsky in the final days of the summer transfer window.
According to L’Equipe, the French club remains the last contender for Malinovsky after Tottenham actually left the fight for the Ukrainian.
Earlier it was reported that Malinovsky agreed to move to Marseille, but the clubs cannot agree on the final amount of compensation for the Ukrainian.
Atalanta was ready to sell the Ukrainian for 18-20 million euros. However, subsequently Bergamaski raised the price tag to 30-35 million, taking into account the form of Malinovsky in the new season.
Atalanta on the road won a victory over Verona in the 3rd round of Serie A – 1: 0. Malinovsky came out in the starting lineup and played 66 minutes. Gian Piero Gasperini’s team moved up to 4th place in the standings. In the next round, Atalanta will host Torino on September 1.
Marseille is second in the French championship after 4 rounds, behind PSG only on goal difference. 1 September Marseille hosts Clermont.
