Defender of Shakhtar – about the Ukrainian military
Defender of Shakhtar and the national team of Ukraine Valery Bondar expressed gratitude to the military who are now protecting our country from Russian aggression. Footballer Gornyakov joined the initiative “Tribune of Heroes”founded by fans to support the families of the ultras who fell in the war.
“I am sure that all the players of the national team, Shakhtar, Dynamo, as well as many other players playing in the Ukrainian championship or foreign clubs will join this initiative. Just as the fans cheered for us with all their hearts, so we will support and help our heroes, ”said Bondar.
“I would like to say thank you to everyone who is on the front lines and defending our country, and express support to their families. These people are standing in front of the enemy, protecting our country.”
The Ukrainian Premier League and many well-known journalists, athletes, cultural and public figures have already joined the support of the Tribune of Heroes Foundation.
