Athletistic/ Football. Former Spartak captain Andrei Tikhonov reacted to Leonid Fedun’s departure from the post of chairman of the Moscow club’s board of directors.
“Leonid Fedun’s departure surprised me. Everyone has to thank him for what he did for the club. Leonid Fedun gave 18 years of his life to Spartak, a big thank you to him. He built a such a stadium, did so much, gave part of his life. Many thanks to him”, quotes HE Tikhonov.
Fedun was the owner and Chairman of the Board of Spartak for 18 years – from 2004 to 2022.
Last season, Spartak won the Russian Cup. In 2017, the club won the RPL and lifted the country’s Super Cup.
