Yaremchuk’s debut goal helped Brugge get a crushing victory in the derby

Ukrainian scored in the first match for the new team

Bruges defeated in his field Cercle Bruges (4:0) in the match of the 7th round Belgian championship.

The final score of the meeting was set by the Ukrainian Roman Yaremchuk, for whom it was the debut duel for Brugge. The striker came on as a substitute in the 63rd minute, and in the 83rd minute he scored the first goal for the new team.

At the end of August, Yaremchuk moved to Brugge from Benfica, signing a four-year contract. Earlier in Belgium, the Ukrainian played for Gent.

Another Ukrainian in Brugge is a defender Eduard Sobol – spent the entire match on the bench.

Brugge climbed to second place in the Belgian championship. On September 7, the team of Yaremchuk and Sobol will host Bayer in the first round of the Champions League.
